FakeMall for iOS · Last updated 2 September 2026
FakeMall is a shopping simulator. You browse a catalogue, fill a cart and check out, and the order never arrives — that is the entire point. Nothing is for sale, nothing ships, and no money changes hands.
We have no server and no account
There is nothing to sign up for. We do not operate a backend that stores anything about you, and we could not identify you if we wanted to.
Everything the app remembers stays on your device and is deleted when you delete the app:
- your order history and the running “money kept” total
- items you have saved or recently viewed
- your Nuts balance and unlocked Vault items
None of it is uploaded, backed up to us, or shared.
No payment information, ever
The app never asks for a card, a billing address, or any payment method, because nothing is ever charged. Every checkout is $0. If any screen ever asks you to pay, you are not in this app.
What third parties receive
| Service | What it receives, and why |
|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Serves the ads. Google receives your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and how you interacted with an ad. This is used to select and measure ads. See Google’s policy. |
| Cloudflare | Hosts the product images the app downloads. Standard web request data — IP address, time, and which file was requested — is processed to deliver them. |
We do not use analytics, crash reporting, attribution SDKs, or social logins. AdMob and Cloudflare are the only third parties the app contacts.
Tracking
Before any ad is requested, iOS asks whether FakeMall may track you across other apps and websites. In the EEA and the UK, Google's consent form asks separately about personalised advertising.
If you allow it, your device's advertising identifier is shared with Google and its advertising partners so that ads can be selected and measured. If you decline - or simply dismiss the prompt - no advertising identifier is shared and the ads you see are not personalised. The app works identically either way.
You can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and revisit the advertising choices under “Ad Privacy Settings” at the bottom of the app's You tab.
Children
FakeMall is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Your choices
- Delete everything: delete the app. All local data goes with it; there is no copy anywhere else.
- Limit ad personalisation: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Apple Advertising.
- Ask us anything: the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the new version appears here before the app update that relies on it.
